Oakland BART shooting verdict? More of a race issue?

It was a big deal, because the cop executed someone face down and unarmed, by shooting him in the back of the head. Calling it 'involuntary manslaughter' is a joke. The cop committed murder, and there is video, so it sounds like you actually don't know how it is.
