What do you do when stupid bicyclists....?

Rather than scream at them like that, just yell 'watch out, these horses kick!' That's far more to the point and will get the cyclist to stop since it implies harm to them. They obviously don't care if they spook the horses, but the threat of bodily harm can do the trick.
