Can very small shavings from the side of an aluminum baking pan harm you if eaten?

I made brownies last night . After baking, I ran a knife along the edge of the pan so they wouldn't stick to the pan. This morning when I removed the remaining brownies from the pan I noticed that portions of the outer edges had small metal shavings on them from where the knife shaved the pan. Should I be worried about having possibly ingested aluminum shavings? Will stomach acid dissolve it?
