NETWORK Administrators are they DUMB???

CyberDoc is right. But the problem is more wtih Human Resources and the blind trust that corporations put into this very obtuse dept. HR people are usually completely ignorant of what is really required to be an effective administrator, so they hire someone with a 'degree' that is 4 yrs behind the curve and no practical experience. Just a sad state of affairs, cause I'm a victim of HR too...
