Catholics! Do you feel the holy spirit?

Okay I attend an evangelical church and I love i alot, actually God urges me to attend it. But I feel he is also urging me to look into the catholic church (I used to be catholic) so idk. But I told one of my good friends and she flipped out and old me that Catholics are crazy and that the holy spirit is never with them..... So I dont know how to reason with her. How can I convince her that Catholics are just as blessed as Protestants?
