Seriously what are the cheapest cars to insure in the UK?

It's not about the car and it's emissions , at 17 years old , you'll find it very difficult to get what you call 'cheap' insurance. I've been driving for over 22 years with protected no claims bonus and it still costs me �250 a year , so put this as a guide and yours will cost over a grand a year.
