Do you think it fair that Graham Henry gets the chop and Captain Richie McCaw keeps his captaincy?

The reason the All Blacks failed at the World Cup was because of pathetic captaincy by Richie McCaw in the last 15 minutes of the match against France. Not Graham Henry's conditioning, not Graham Henry's rotations but the absolulte stupidity where the AB captain was totally unable to change the match plan in that last 15 minutes. So he's the best #7 in the world; he'd also rank as the worst 'thinking' captain we have ever had.
