Couldn't they play a pleasant tune at pedestrian road crossings?

This is a great idea,,they could play it at marching speed to get people to move quicker,,they play marching tunes a lot at the main London rail stations during the morning rush hour to get people to move out of the stations quicker,,they have been doing this since the 70s,,
