Please pick the better opening paragraph.?

the second one is way better as it reflects a sense of maturity and also maintains decency. the first one is too modern to be in a report of anykind. It does not look like a responsible introduction and is brief while the second not only covers up space with its long lines but also is very accurately thorough (not so detailed to be a body paragraph or not too brief to be just a description)....
