Doing this for my boyfriend my birthday and myself. PLEASEEE ANSWER?

Okay i understand your position, you want to look good on your birthday, which you probably already do look fine, but doing this isnt the way to go. It is actually unhealthier than you can imagine. A watermelon cant give you or your body the nutritional value it needs. Especially eating half of one a day for a week. Although youll loose weight youll feel like crap and then wont even care about anything anymore, if you watn an honest answer that might be a little gross, just put ceram wrap around yourself before you go to sleep in the abdominal section, while your sleeping youll loose water weight. Also for the next week exercise alot with ceram wrap around your abdominal section. This will allow your fat cells in your stomach to sweat more water out then usual. Eat right because if you dont you will gain everything back almost right away seeing how it is only water weight, but you will look thinner before your birthday.
