An exfriend used my identity when she got arrested in 2001 and it's coming back to haunt me....?

a "friend" that i use to have used my name when she got arrested for shoplifting at a grocery store...when i use to stay with her she got access to my temporary california id and used it when they asked her for id at the police station...she had priors on her record that from '93 and '95...i was a minor...a mutual friend told me about what the "friend" had done so i went to court to clear it up...the judge issued me a judicial clearance indicating the arrest warrant wasn't for me and he reissued it in her name, but now that i'm in florida and looking for a new job my name still comes up as having a warrant out for my arrest with two priors when it's actually for her...i had the superior court send me some doentation indicating the warrant was rereleased in her name...my name won't be cleared until she's caught and i have no idea where she is....does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do to explain to employers that i'm not an exconvict?
