Im freaking sick. What could it be?

Two weeks ago I missed an entire week of school because of bronchitis. Well I got over it but I was still a little stuffy and my nose continued to bleed alittle. Now this week my head feels like its bobbing in water or flying or something. You know? Im dizzy. Could it possibly be because Im about to start my period? Im getting close to that date and Im eating alot and stuff. Its just bizarre. Dont say im pregnant or something because Im a virgin.
