What song is this I heard on the radio?

It's a hip/hop or maybe a pop song. there's a girl in it that says either "throw my hair" or "pull my hair" and it sounds like Rihanna. I know its not by that girl Mandy Baby. And I know its not by the Ying Yang Twins. Can anyone help?
