Whats it like in Australia?

iv never been to Australia but im a major Crocodile Hunter fan and me and my friend have always wanted to live in austalia or even go on holiday because it looks like such a lovely country and of course i love animals. So anyone ever been there or live there..please can you tell what is it like?!!
