DUKE TiP Program help?

I have been invited to participate in the DUKE TiP Program, where students in certain grades (for me, 7th) are invited to take an SAT or ACT this year to evaluate skills, and if certain standards are met, a scholarship is offered. I need to know any tips you have about the SAT test. Any sites, ect. to get help in planning for it. It IS the actual SAT that they take in high school. It's not the PSAT it's the SAT. What should I know?
