Weed vaporizer question?

i just bought the vapor genie and im wondering if its any good i havent used it yet and i quit drinking and im wondering if i use this vaporizer like 3 times a week will it affect my cardio at all because i do alot of mma mixed martial arts but people like joe rogan and bj penn and eddie brovo smoke weed and there in good shape
